Job Description
Control and manage all maintenance Departments. Contract maker/supplier. Improve machine and maintenance system for the purpose of reduce machine breakdown. Performs preventative maintenance on all manufacturing equipments. Be able to read electrical schematics, diagrams, manuals and handbook as required. Maintain and control spear parts manangement. Machine problem analysis and troubleshooting. Preventive Maintenance implementation and calibration work. Provide technical experience in solving machine problems. Control nececcary spare parts and optimum quantity to be stock on plant. Perform activities with zero accident and zero stop time. Prepare and update the document and report in related to machine in accordance with the requitement. Monitor documented preventive maintenance system. Responding immediately to machinery breakdowns. Fixing,maintenance problem solving of machine equipment and devices. Provide technical experience in solving machine problem. To plan preventive maintenance of production machine. To manage machine calibration for support production line. To manage maintenance document.
Qualifications
Male age between 35-42 years old. Thai Nationality only. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (B.Eng) Electrical and Mechanical or related field. Have to Experience at lest 7 year in filed machinery maintenance. (Machine/Utilities)
Preferred Skills
Strong interest to learn new things and able to follow instruction and work in team. Good knowledge in Program PLC (Mitsubishi) automatic control is advantage and have to knowledge Robot Nachi / Yaskawa. Competent in speaking English.
